1. First, do your research and identify the best freelancing sites in the online arena today. They must be trustworthy, they must offer an escrow feature for your protection, and they must have certain safety measures to ensure that you will not be scammed by their providers.

2. Register a buyer’s account. You will need to get an account before you can post your writing projects. Personal information like what countries are you from and email addresses are required. You will also need to provide credit card or other forms of payment method.

3. Post your writing projects. Create writing projects that providers can bid on. State how many articles you need, the required word count, keyword density, tone to use, and research required. Also, tell bidders right away what you expect to get from them. Do you want them to revise your articles at least twice if needed? Are you willing to pay upfront? These information can help bidders decide if they want to do your projects.

4. Choose the best provider. “Early bird catches the word” doesn’t apply here. You will need to review all the feedback of all the providers that placed their bid on your project. Consider the amount they would like to charge and of course, their expertise and track record. Ask these people for some writing samples preferably those that are related to the topics that you need so you can easily gauge which one is the right fit. Choose the best candidate, escrow the payment, and decide on the day when the articles will be submitted to you. Communicate with your chosen provider through email or phone all throughout the project. Don’t forget to leave feedback after your transaction.
